Another customer happy and warm for the Christmas break. ✅

Customer enquired about a property that they owned that had two boilers that hadn’t been serviced for over four years.

With our experience with Worcester Bosch CDI boilers we strongly advise the customer for a more thorough full strip down service.

Which as you can see from the photos was required.

We changed most seals on the heat exchanger and installed two new sets of electrodes and gave the Boiler a very good clean through.

The customer didn’t have a CO2 alarm installed which we carry as van stock as well as all the other Boiler parts. Ensuring that we were there for one visit so that the customer didn’t have to make rearrangements to her diary for a second visit.

This customer enquired about a boiler repair,
we carried out a survey and a diagnostics report.

With materials costing more than the original boiler we consulted the customer and came to the agreement to replace the boiler as this would’ve been the more efficient and cost effective choice.

We provided quotes for four different variants of boilers giving the customer plenty of options to choose from.

Thomson’s then completed the works within 24 hours.
