Aircraft skin drilling requires absolute perfection. That’s why we’ve developed these custom, lightweight, high-strength carbon fibre fill drill guide holders at SAWORKS, engineered specifically for the aerospace industry.

Here is how this two-part system delivers flawless precision:

The G Guide: Perfect for tricky spots. It hooks securely onto an existing hole behind the aircraft skin using the stainless steel pins, the shaft slides flush to the skin, and allows you to pilot drill with total confidence.

The Drill Guide Holder: Used for drilling away from edges. Designed to accept any standard 1/2" drill guide, it eliminates wobble, locks in your angle, and ensures every single hole is 100% true and straight.

By swapping traditional heavy tooling for carbon fibre, we're making aerospace assembly lighter, faster, and incredibly precise. 🛠️✈️

We’ve been hard at work at S.A.W developing two new ways to optimize your Yamaha R7 or MT-07.
