Finally time to replace this Ideal Classic NF80.
New Greenstar 24Ri regular boiler installed. Decided to take the flue up vertically as a horizontal termination just wouldn’t work with the clearances needed. New Nest system controls, Wilo pump, filter and service valves to make this much easier to maintain in future 🔧🔥

Recent boiler upgrade. This Sabre 29HE was starting to cause some issues so time to upgrade to a new Worcester 4000 25kw Combi.

Decided to move the boiler slightly from its current location and alter the pipework as it would look a lot tidier.

Condensate pipe in loft fully insulated with Condensate Pro.

As far as boiler installations in lofts go this was up there with one of the best set ups you could get. Loads of room up there to get the tools set out 🔥🔧

🚨 New Van 🚨

First day back at work after the summer holidays. At least I got to finally drive about in this absolute beauty. Got to say I’m really liking the new Ford Transit Custom so far.

Managed to get my old racking from the old Transit to fit in this too which was a bonus!

New hot water / shower upgrade for .rugby

A massive thanks go to the guys for designing the system and for all the technical help and advice along the way.

• OSO MX1000 litre direct unvented cylinder
(6 x 5kw 3 phase immersion heaters)

• 3x OSO Superstream 450 litre accumulators

Some bigger pipework than I’m used to on this one with a 54mm header from the accumulators supplying the cylinder and blending valves. The performance from the accumulators is really impressive, with the added bonus of them being silent when operating ( as opposed to the noisy shower pumps that were there before. Each shower room is now easily isolated with its own 1 1/4” blending valve while the rest of the building & grubber are supplied from a separate 22mm blending valve set at a higher temperature than the showers .

Replaced this old leaking Highflow 440 recently for a new Worcester 8000 Combi. Customer decided to go with the wall hung version rather than a replacement Highflow 🔥🔧

Recent boiler upgrade from a few months back. Cracked heat exchanger on the old Ideal boiler meant the customer was topping up the boiler nearly every day. Decided to do away with the cold water storage tank and hot water cylinder and convert to a Worcester 4000 Combi. As the boiler was in a loft I also added a loft ladder, extra lighting and handrail to make sure that guarantee stays valid!

New downstairs cloakroom created from an old utility room for some great customers. Washing machine and tumble dryer relocated to the garage. Even dusted down my tiling tools for this one! 🔧🚻
