Yesterday’s new installation.
Fully compliant roller shutter door on a chain driven motor system and safety brake installed.

CALLOUT!!!
Attendance within 1 hour.

Customer called.
Roller shutter stopped working and was not fully closed, building unsecure, unable to leave the premises.

Door lowered and building secured.

Customer unable to lower the door them selves due to a poor installation and no means of operation when the motor fails or stops working. (Manual override).

We are now working with the customer to get the door fully operational, compliant and up to standard.

Another repair completed today.
Visited this customer last week when the issues was raised,
Parts sourced and fitted, door tested and fully operational.

It’s not just big doors we do, it’s small ones too.

A new customer got in touch with us regarding there personnel door not closing correctly.

Door leaf removed, bottom bearing collapsed and transom closer loose.

Transom closer re fitted, a new bottom pivot bearing supplied and installed, door re fitted and adjusted.

Door closes correctly.
Door operates safely.
