Yesterday’s new installation.
Fully compliant roller shutter door on a chain driven motor system and safety brake installed.

CALLOUT!!!
Attendance within 1 hour.

Customer called.
Roller shutter stopped working and was not fully closed, building unsecure, unable to leave the premises.

Door lowered and building secured.

Customer unable to lower the door them selves due to a poor installation and no means of operation when the motor fails or stops working. (Manual override).

We are now working with the customer to get the door fully operational, compliant and up to standard.
