We are pleased to continue our work at Hazeley Enterprise Park on behalf of Stepnell Limited.

Having recently completed the brickwork and blockwork package for the initial units within the phase 1 development, we’re now moving forward with the next stage of the project 🧱

The newly released units 37-40 (phase 2) have now been handed over, and our team started foundation works last week. It’s great to see the development progressing, and we look forward to delivering the next phase of works.

Let’s be honest — in construction, it’s not always easy to talk about how you’re feeling. There’s still that mindset of just cracking on and keeping things to yourself.
But everyone has off days. Stress, pressure, stuff outside of work — it all adds up.
At Southern Area Brickwork Limited we’re trying to make it normal to check in, have a chat, and look out for each other on and off site. You don’t have to have all the answers — sometimes just talking is enough.
If your mate doesn’t seem themselves, ask if they’re alright. And if you’re not feeling great, don’t keep it bottled up.
We’re all in this together.
