Well thats wallington done complete rip up from hell 6 layers hotmelt and asphalt and a brand new tapered system install...

Well thats wallington done complete rip up from hell 6 layers hotmelt and asphalt and a brand new tapered system installed with box gutter around whole perimeter, original cast iron svps was kept and dressed as requested by client, new outlets cored and plumbed in, original rooflight raised, dressed and cleaned and brand new facia installed.

We are ready for the next job.

All gutter built and installed all facia installed 90% mineral down to clients spec ( we like to stagger but client has asked for all straight and then staggered 1.2m x 1m strips through highest point of roof ) so just dress rooflight, install strips, dress svps then 6 rolls of flat get it snagged and get onto the next Bristol here we come 😉

So all ripped up, chimneys gone,roof light raised gutter built around whole perimeter, new outlets cored, facia installed, vcl installed, tapered insulation and underlay installed.

Ryno trim and Mineral is on site time to finish this 1 .

All materials supplied by client so was a labour only job but we do full packages as well.
