From the first phone call we’ll guide you through the entire loft conversion process and make sure you are happy.
We’ll come out at your convenience and talk you through the different possibilities and options.
Once you’re happy with the basic plan, it's on to the design stage where our architect will come out for a survey.
Your architect will provide plans and once any final changes have been made, they'll be submitted to building control and if necessary a party agreement with your neighbours will also be agreed.
Next we’ll take a deposit and get your start date booked into our calendar.
Now for the exciting part! We will commence work! Usually our projects run from 5 to 8 week's depending on size and complexity. We aimed to deliver a fluid and seamless experience, taking care of all parts of the build and keeping disruption to a minimum, we also pride ourselves in giving you the option to make changes as well go!
Once the project is completed you’ll get your certificate from building control and we'll leave you to enjoy your beautiful new loft conversion!
