We’re proud to be supporting Nottingham Hospitals Charity this festive season, helping bring some comfort and joy to patients, families and NHS staff across Nottingham.

Thanks to our sponsorship, the charity has been able to run three Christmas wreath-making workshops, bringing people together to create something special while raising funds for projects that improve patient care and staff wellbeing.

Before & after from a recent ACB replacement

A call-out to a faulty 2000A Merlin Gerin Masterpact ACB turned into a full replacement, completed safely and efficiently by our team, led by Charlie Lambden.

After identifying failed contacts on L3, Charlie arranged temporary ACB equipment to keep the site supplied, sourced a suitable Schneider Masterpact replacement, and oversaw the retrofit required to make it work on the existing switchgear.

On shutdown day, power was isolated at 08:30, the new ACB and carriage were installed, tested and commissioned, and the site was fully restored by 16:00.
