Here’s a job we finished last week, where the previous workers had attempted to fill in a verge by hand, resulting in poor workmanship. We determined that using a dry verge system was the best solution, along with installing a dry ridge.

Here’s a job we quoted for back in July, where the client had several options but chose us as their first choice. The project involved replacing an old, rotten glass roof with a polycarbonate one. We had to replace all the timber rafters, a task handled by Nick Silvester. Once the rafters were installed, the lead work was completed in preparation for the custom-made polycarbonate sheets. The new installation made the old fascia look outdated, so we were instructed to replace it as well. As you can see, everything has come together beautifully.

We have just completed this job with various extras added on, the job originally was to have new felt and batten with existing tiles. But the roof was dipped so Chris as quay side builders worked his magic and got the roof straight. Then the next job in hand was to re build the warped wall that was completed by Nick Coombes from LBC brick work made it look fantastic. Then it was down to the team at Long life windows Neil Edwards and the team. Followed from myself and Boyd to finish the tiling and guttering. For one happy customer. Was a grind but here at LHR we get the job done.
