Project Complete

This project was a full bathroom refurb, the client wanted to convert their dated separate toilet & bathroom and turn it into a modern larger wet room!

The client was so happy with the finished product they have ask BP Builders to build a single storey extension to the rear and side of the property!

Existing building knocked down ✅
Existing concrete slab broken up and removed ✅
Existing footings broken up and removed ✅
New foundations dug and concrete poured ✅
Making a start on brick and block work ✅

Project Won

We have started onsite this week at our new project in Turners Hill and it’s a big one!

This should keep us busy for a while 🧱🔨🪚

Project Update

Our loft conversion project in Reigate is coming along nicely!

We have
- Stripped off the existing roof
- Installed structural steels
- Build timber structure (hipped roof to gable end and dormer to rear of the property)
- Installed new floor joists
- Felt, battern and tiled new roof
- Installed fibre glass roof finish to flat roof
- New fascia and soffits
- Installed new windows and doors
- Installed new floor boards

We are now busy with the internal first fix, getting it ready for plastering in a couple of weeks.

Project Update

Our project in Pound Hill is starting to come together nicely!

We have
- Completed all brick and block work
- Pitched new roofs
- Retiled the existing and new roofs
- Installed new fascia and soffit’s
- Installed new guttering and down pipes
- Rendered extension walls
- Installed new windowns and external doors
- Stripped out all existing plumbing and electrics
- Stripped out all existing ceilings
- Stripped out all existing flooring

We are currently in the process of completing the internal layout alterations including steel installation and first fix carpentry.

The project is really starting to take shape, more photos to come!

Project Complete!

This was not our standard extension which is why it is so rewarding to finish such a bespoke project!

A brilliant addition to an already incredible property.
