After 7 seven years studying French literature and completing an MA in Lyon, languages are Qian’s best companion. Previously employed by China’s Number 1 medical equipment company, Mindray, Qian brings a wealth of experience to strengthen our team.
A fan of Harry Potter since Junior High school, joining Multichem brings her one step closer to platform 9 ¾.

We have a talented team at Multichem and we would like to introduce Jazmine and her amazing skills for pyrography.

I first picked up a pyrography pen in 2021 and stuck at it until it sort of became my thing and people started asking for it. I am totally self taught. Pyrography is the art of burning designs into wood using a heated metal pen, similar to a solder iron. Effectively colouring with fire, but you can control the temperature. The pen end is made from a thin bit of metal wire. The nature of the process limits you to a monochrome style, which makes the shading vital. A lot of my work is commissioned which has mainly come about through word of mouth, but the smaller random pieces I create I do have on an Etsy shop. https://jazaprint.etsy.com
A lot of my work is animal based. Working from a photograph.
This last year I have invested a lot more time and money into more equipment and better natural wood from saw mills for better quality pieces. Which will hopefully start to pay off. The next plan .. craft fairs!’

The man, the myth, the legend leaves us today after 15 years here at Multichem and we are excited for Masahiro Taoda as he embarks on a new chapter in his career.
We will greatly miss his wealth of technical knowledge along with his valuable contributions to our success and are happy he will at least be staying in the industry so our paths will continue to cross.
The rest of the team remain at your disposal and will be only too happy to answer any queries as always.
