Wellness breaks are back!

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, the team at Control Energy Costs are once again stepping outside for a much loved wellness walk.

As a commitment to Mental Health Awareness Week over the years, we have offered an extra hour for lunch to support wellbeing and encourage everyone to reconnect with nature.

This is to get some fresh air with a walk in the great outdoors or simply taking a moment to ground yourself outside.
