We’ve recently completed an EV charging installation for another state-funded school, helping them prepare for the transition to electric vehicles.

The school utilised the Government Workplace Charging Scheme grant, with our team supporting the entire grant application and installation process.

It’s been a great few months, and the team have been busy helping schools across the UK become more sustainable. Installing EV chargers supports schools in reducing their carbon footprint, encourages cleaner travel, and future-proofs their sites as more staff and visitors move to electric vehicles. 🌱 ⚡ 🔌 ☀️ ♻️

The UK Government’s OZEV grant for state-funded schools is providing crucial financial support, making it easier for schools to add EV charging to their car parks. 🏫 🎓 ✏️

The photos in this post are from a recent project, where an academy had EV chargers installed across two of their sites - providing a safe, reliable place for staff and the public to charge. We’ve installed Easee’s compact and powerful 22 kW units, providing a reliable, tidy charging solution with simple, user-friendly operation. Each pair is mounted on pedestals, with all cabling neatly contained within metal trays positioned on the ground behind the chargers. This design makes highly efficient use of space and ensures the installation doesn’t take up any additional valuable room on site.

We also offer optional backend software, allowing schools to set charging tariffs and generate additional revenue from their EV charge points. 💰📈
