Our new Manitou 1335 telehandler has arrived on site at Bodicote and will be going into full operation this week as brickwork gets underway.

Supplied by Mawsley Machinery Ltd it’s another valuable addition to the team as the next phase of works begins.

What a fantastic performance from the NN United Women & Girls Football Club ⚽👏

After an incredible tournament, the team finished with an impressive record of 6 wins, competing against some very strong opposition and showcasing fantastic teamwork, determination and resilience throughout the day.

We're proud to have supported Higham Gateway Club with a £600 donation, helping a fantastic local organisation that provides opportunities and activities for people with learning disabilities.

As a business based in Higham Ferrers, supporting the communities around us is something that's genuinely important to us. We don't just want to build homes, we want to help build stronger communities too, whether that's where we develop, where we work or where many of our team live.

St Mary's Place is a development we're incredibly proud to have delivered. 🏡

In this video, our Technical Manager, Elliott Harding, shares an insight into the redevelopment of the former St Mary's Hospital site and the work that went into balancing the delivery of new homes with the preservation of its rich history.

Working closely with the Melton & District Heritage Society and Melton Borough Council , we were able to retain and celebrate important historic features, ensuring the site's story remains part of the new community for years to come.

A huge thank you to our team, subcontractors, suppliers and project partners whose hard work and collaboration made this project possible. Developments like this are a true team effort, and we're incredibly proud of what has been achieved.

Introducing Snowdon's Apprentices 👷‍♂️

We're proud to welcome Bradley and Rhys to the Snowdon Homes team as our bricklaying apprentices.

Both completed a full-time year at college before beginning their apprenticeships with Snowdon Homes, working alongside the experienced team at Foundry Brickwork to develop their skills on live construction sites.

Supporting apprenticeships is an important part of our commitment to investing in the future of the construction industry, providing opportunities for young people to gain hands-on experience while building rewarding careers.

We look forward to following Bradley and Rhys on their journey and seeing their skills continue to develop over the coming years.

A great afternoon at the Snowdon Homes office recently as we welcomed sponsored player Chanaka “Chana” Ruwansiri from Rushden & Higham Town Cricket Club 🏏

Chana came in to meet some of the team and kindly presented us with our very own Snowdon cricket shirt - which has already taken pride of place in the office!

He also brought John Leydon a traditional Sri Lankan drink to try before the team headed to the pub to hear more about Chana’s story, his journey into cricket, and share a few laughs along the way.

It’s brilliant to support not only local clubs, but the people behind it too. We’re looking forward to following Chana and the team throughout the season and wish them all the very best 🏆

We were delighted to host the prize presentation for our season-long competition in the Snowdon Homes Lounge at Northampton Town Football Club following the final game of the season ⚽

Throughout the season, guests in the Snowdon Homes Lounge have had the chance to take part in our matchday competition, with some fantastic prizes up for grabs.

Congratulations to George Thompson, who was crowned this season's winner and received two season tickets and lounge passes for next season. In second place was Julius Berisha, who took home a framed signed 2026/27 shirt, while Steve Dady finished third and won hospitality tickets for a game next season.

It was a pleasure to present the awards and celebrate with our winners in the Snowdon Homes Lounge. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us throughout the season - we've loved being part of the matchday experience and look forward to welcoming more guests next season.
