What a week! so much work performed to a high standard, A very busy site in all areas with multiple trades, I can truly say the standard is high not just from performed works but general housekeeping. The regards to CDM compliance by all team members is fantastic! This project is a great example of teamwork and what can be achieved. 😁

I can honestly say I feel blessed to be surrounded by a fantastic team on site! As can be seen from the update pictures the teams are progressing very well on the ACO drainage and internal works to the modular building. I truly cant fault the teams with regards to workmanship, attitude and compliance to CDM.

The quality of works from the dry liners, firestopping engineer, M&E, just everybody.

So looking forward to the final product 😁

I regularly get asked if I find much wrong on sites now with how tight H&S has become!

The pictures below show a recent example of what I discovered and reported back to my client and sadly the list was extensive.

Poor workmanship, weather damaged materials being installed due to lack of interest in correct storage, COSHH not being followed and being left near the water course, flooding on site, inadequate lighting, trip hazards.

I could literally go on all day, worst off this is a large multi-million pound new build school!! So for those of you who have been asking is it worth it in 2023 YES!!! I have to say this is one of the worst cases I have seen on a health & safety perspective.

I wont name or shame and the intention of these images is to show regardless of the progression of H&S within the work place, that inspections are still required, If you feel you need this service, please reach out.

Currently overseeing the night shift to enable wall penetrations to be performed out of hours to ensure minimal disruption to our clients workforce. I am grateful to our external core drilling team who have been professional and very clean. We wont be leaving till 4am, fantastic work ethics!
