This Week at Rise Automation

It’s been another busy week with projects, robot services and machine builds.

The highlight of the week, Rise Automations sign is up at our new factory. After some debate over where it should go, it’s now up making the new site feel a lot more like home.

There’s still plenty to do but it’s great to see everything starting to come together.

Our New Office Is Ready!

We're pleased to finally have our factory office finished and ready to use.

It's been great to see the factory and office space come together, a big thank you to everyone involved in helping build Rise Automations new home.

We're excited for what's next and looking forward building, testing and delivering systems to our clients 🚀

It’s all coming together in the workshop. 🛠

From robot jig assembly to the build of rotary tables, our team is making great progress across several customer projects.

Every machine is built to suit the customer's application, meaning no two projects or workshop days are ever quite the same.

Back in the UK. 🇬🇧

Coffee in hand. Time to get back to it.

While some of the team have been away delivering projects overseas, work hasn't stopped at Rise Automation. It's now full steam ahead as we continue building machines, progressing customer projects and getting ready for the next installations.

We're putting the finishing touches on our new factory and are looking forward to sharing the progress soon.

🇬🇧 Back on home soil after spending several weeks in USA 🇺🇸

Rise Automation has completed another robot installation overseas, helping bring automation solutions to international customers.

Projects take months of planning, design, programming and testing before our engineers install on site. Seeing the system running exactly as intended makes all the hard work worthwhile.

A huge thank you to everyone involved, both in the UK and the USA, for making the project a success. Now it's time to unpack, catch up on a few hours sleep and start preparing for the next challenge.

A busy week at Rise Automation.

We're making progress on the new space while continuing to help our customers keep production moving. It's been great seeing the office come together and getting projects wrapped up at the same time.

Next week takes us across the pond to a project we've been looking forward to completing for quite some time.

✅ SafeContractor Approved for Another Year

We’re pleased to share that Rise Automation has successfully passed our SafeContractor audit for another year.

This accreditation reflects our ongoing commitment to health and safety, responsible working practices, and maintaining high standards when working on customer sites.

From service visits and breakdown support to installing new robot palletising systems, conveyors, packaging machinery or full automation cells, safety remains at the centre of our work new automation installations, safety remains at the centre of everything we do.

A big thank you to the team for helping us maintain these standards year after year.

✅ Robot palletising system service complete.

Regular servicing is essential to keep automation systems running reliably, safely and efficiently, whilst helping to minimise unexpected downtime.

During this visit, we carried out a full inspection of the robot and associated machinery, checked mechanical and electrical components, cleaned and lubricated chains, bearings and other moving parts.

As part of the service, we also took backups of the robot and PLC programs, checked error logs, to ensure everything was performing as expected.

Any findings or recommendations are reported back to the customer, helping them plan ahead, reduce the risk of breakdowns and prolong the life of their machinery.

Preventative maintenance helps identify wear before it becomes a problem and keeps production moving.
