Another busy week at work with a full central heating system upgrade.
Removal of existing floor standing boiler and tanks in the roof to make way for a fully pumped sealed system and mains hot and cold water throughout the house for some lovely customers in their recent new home.
A lovely up cycled chest of drawers by the customer noW plumbed in as a very stylist vanity unit.

Well its been a busy couple of months with full central heating systems, boiler replacements and bathrooms .

1st bathroom complete, just another 4 left now!

The last few weeks have been busy with 3 upgraded unvented hot water cylinders being installed.
These are a great up grade from the old style gravity fed systems with tanks in the roof.
This with enable all of your hot water outlets to now become mains pressure.
In turn giving a quicker fill bath and power shower capability.

Also managed to squeeze in bathroom upgrade to a modern shower cubicle with black ash tiles to suite the new matt black shower along with new vanity unit/ copper tap and traditional towel rail heater.
I am now taking bookings for May/June please feel free to contact me with your requirements.

Photos of my first bathroom renovation 2021.
The job involved:

✅ removing the entire previous suite, tiles and flooring
✅ laying a new 22mm chipboard floor
✅ complete retile using light grey tiles with Manhattan grey grout and including framing the window
✅ installation of cashmere fitted bathroom furniture with slate effect worktop for the basin
✅ceiling plastered by Paul Murdoch P M plastering and maintenance
✅ new flooring with fitting Adam Green Flooring solutions
✅electrics by Ireson electrical contractors

Customers on this job are particularly pleased with the attention to detail and the overall final look. A thoroughly enjoyable project for lovely people and I‘m looking forward to the next one already.

✅New redesigned pipe work and waste systems installed for bespoke high end bathroom.
