Data transcription sounds simple, but can become a minefield, particularly with legacy geoscience data.

In our experience, third-party transcribed data is frequently replicated in an unstructured format, making subsequent data access difficult and slow🕑

At Moveout Data, we understand this and have created our Transcription+ workflow to ensure that data is transcribed to a logically named file structure that corresponds to our clients' naming standard 🗂

Users will be able to discover the information they need quickly and easily, saving time and effort when it comes to working with their data💽

We are delighted to be able to tell you that Anneka Ferguson has joined the Moveout Data team as our latest Senior Geophysicist.🌍

With 15 years experience in seismic processing, Anneka will work closely with Adam Winnett, Garry Daw and Darren McDonald at our headquarters in Huddersfield and at home in Liverpool.

In addition to her geoscience career and being the mother of new baby Isla, Anneka enjoys skiing and scuba diving.🎿

Moveout's flexible workflows via our proprietary METASEIS system will no doubt make life easier for Anneka as she juggles her new career with a busy home life.

With over 30 years of experience in both the geophysical industry and software development, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Bill will collaborate closely with Phil Wild to improve the capabilities of our innovative Metaseis software, making it even easier to access quality data.

But Bill is more than just a seasoned professional - he is also a passionate athlete. As a dedicated triathlete, he is currently preparing to run the London Marathon this week; let's wish him good luck! 🏃‍♂️
