This challenging project involved the propping of the existing structure, a full gable re-build, and a complete renovation of the property both internally and externally, following impact damage from a vehicle. 🚗➡️🏠

Despite the compressed schedule—necessary as the tenant was residing in alternative accommodation—we successfully delivered the project on time.

Here are some key highlights:
• Complete brickwork & blockwork gable rebuild, seamlessly matching the existing elevations 🧱

• Installation of a new kitchen, bathroom suite, heating system, and staircase

• Provision of new floor coverings, wall tiling, and full redecoration to the client’s specifications 🎨

• External works included the addition of a new metal railing fence around the property perimeter
