We’ve been a little quiet on here lately — you know how it is… life happens! 😄

But we’re back and excited to share one of our recent projects. It was a real pleasure working alongside on this refurbishment for a local church.

We were brought in to carry out a full renovation of the toilet facilities, including:
✔️ New suspended ceilings
✔️ Brand-new cubicles and sanitaryware
✔️ Fresh decorations
✔️ All the finishing touches to bring the space together

A great example of how thoughtful refurbishment can completely transform a space. 👷‍♂️✨

Last year, I was asked to consult on a new-build home in Forest Hill, London for Bamboo Homes and Developments — their forever home.

My role on the project:
🔹 Consulting on the overall build
🔹 Coordinating design teams & sub-contractors
🔹 Sharing practical knowledge to help run a smooth new-build project

We took out an old timber door that had definitely seen better days and replaced it with a fresh, glazed timber upgrade. Now it’s prepped and ready for the decorator to add those final touches.

🏡 Ground Floor Glow-Up!
We’re giving this home a major upgrade by transforming the ground floor into a bright, open-plan living space ✨

🔧 Installed steel beams and columns to open up the space
🪵 Laid a fresh floating chipboard floor
🌀 Fitted a stylish winder staircase to connect the new layout
🧱 Added new stud walls to define cozy, functional areas

Out with the old, in with the new! 🚪🔨

We just completed a full window and door replacement—swapping out the old timber for sleek and energy-efficient UPVC. We also upgraded the fascia and soffits for a fresh, clean look. Another transformation done right! 👌💪
