Full exhaust system fabed and welded on this Toyota Regius, aim was replace the stock rusted system with a lifetime option. As with every exhaust it’s fully tig welded and purged. Bmw 530d in for full 3” twin exit into 3.5” slash twin tips, super challenging with car been really really low and the fact it’s not designed to be twin exit as battery box sits on o/s rear and no exhaust hangers so some thinking to get around this.
