An unused section of commercial space was left vacant at Redbrick Mill, Batley. The space was tired looking and used as a storage area. The Client required a face lift to attract new potential tenants. Working alongside an experienced design team OGL were instructed to do just that. The external alterations were significant. They included a replacement roof, new faรงade, underpinning and numerous structural alterations. The internal alterations were completed in February 2023 allowing Loaf to take possession of the newly refurbished building. ย โจ ย
