Another garage brought back to life. 👌
This garage was in desperate need of a rebuild. The original structure had no proper foundations, so the walls had gradually started to sink and were becoming unsafe.
We carefully demolished the existing garage, installed new foundations, and rebuilt it using the original granite to keep its traditional character. The new build features a traditional pitched roof finished with reclaimed Welsh slate, along with beautiful Austrian larch cladding on the gable ends.
A great transformation that will now stand the test of time while preserving the original look and character of the building.

🌿 Garden Transformation Completed in Dyce 🌿
This was a job we completed back in December in Dyce, but unfortunately the weather got the better of us before we could get the turf down.
We returned today to finish it off, and the transformation is complete! ✅

One of our bigger projects from this year; Sunroom extension and garden renovation.

The customer wanted to create a space that was easy & safe for their grandchildren to play in along with it being a space for them to enjoy with family and friends.

With this in mind, we decided to build up the ground level at the Sunroom to remove the need for a step and dig down and erect a retaining wall to even out the ground level of the entire garden. This allows for full use of the space and gives that indoor / outdoor effect when the patio doors are open. The garden was finished with porcelain slabs and pet friendly atrifical grass.

Here we have a house that was leaking water in at the top of the window coming through the granite wall.

Stones removed and felt torched on to prevent any water getting through.
