So we completed this refurbishment in June but i forgot to upload the before and after !

This project was for a returning client in Rainham.

We stripped out the old kitchen, flooring, original back doors and windows.

Then plastered and decorated throughout with decorating included

Flooring, electrics,plumbing and kitchen install also completed with a stunning 3 metre set of aluminium bi fold doors

All finished off with 30sqm of Indian sandstone patio .

Flat roof complete with a great finish from the felt layers as usual 💯❤️ finished off with a 1500mm x 1000mm flat glass roof panel 💪

So we are only 9 working days into this timber frame extension in Hempstead, ready for the roof finish to be installed tomorrow… the lads have worked extremely hard to get to this point in such quick time

Lads have absolutely smashed this job in Rainham this week…. 38 tonnes out and back in to get this job completed in atrocious weather.. 🥵

The garden was 110 metres from to back and we have excavated and installed the armoured cable, dug out,
Prepped and poured the slab ready to install the garden cabin end of next week …. Shout out to Trey who came on for work experience at the age of 15 and grafted like an animal 👊

Been a busy 7 days for the team… project in East malling has a new retaining wall with Indian sandstone slabs, kitchen install well underway, porch and WC undertaken… Now to get this project finished and decorated for the end of next week

We also managed to fit in grading out a drive in Ayelsford and compacting Type 1 so the client has a useable drive area for a returning customer

Update on the East Malling project, kitchen is plastered, WC is coming along and hallway has been upgraded !! Also repointing of the entire house is complete

East Malling project has been first fixed with plumbing and electrics, and plaster boarded ready for skimming next week

Long day today but got there in the end, 2 walls removed, 3 x steels installed, piers bricked up and pad-stones installed on a new project in East Malling

Before and after pictures off the completed project in Maidstone.

We removed an internal wall and installed a RSJ, installed a new window and 2 x sets of French doors, kitchen install, flooring, plumbing, electrics, flooring and decorated finish

All projected managed and completed by our multi-trade team

4 days into This project in Gravesend, 4 x RSJ installed, walls removed, ceilings removed and 1 st fix electrics in place, plaster-boarding installed …. This project is to a plastered finish, so if your looking for help with part of your building project we are happy to assist where we can 👌
