What we’ve completed so far:

🌳 Driveway & Entrance Clearance – Opening Up the Space 🌳

We’ve cleared out years of overgrown greenery, ivy, roots and wasted land at the front entrance — all to open up the driveway, make access from the main road much safer, and massively improve visibility when pulling in and out.

The goal:
✔️ Create a wider, cleaner entrance
✔️ Improve safety for vehicles
✔️ Make the property more secure
✔️ Prepare the area for new walls, gates and landscaping

Huge shout-out to B Jones Tree Surgery for the clearance work — top lads and they smashed it.

Excited to show the next phase of this transformation.

Feature Wall Transformation..

A simple idea that makes a massive impact

We’ve just finished this sleek acoustic-cladded feature wall, custom-built to house a 65-inch TV.
The slatted acoustic panels not only look unreal but also help soften sound in the room — perfect for turning any space into a mini cinema.

Drainage upgrade

This beautiful house had very old clay drainage running around the front of the house — cracked, collapsed and causing water pooling, damp issues and seepage towards the foundations.

This upgrade will massively reduce the risk of damp, ingress and foundation issues, and future-proof the home for years to come.

Very old fashioned kitchen fully insulated, structural work to create a separate kitchen and utility, floor leveled, walls built, steels installed and a beautiful picture window fitted to see the garden.

🚧 Hallway & Porch Transformation Pending… 🚧

We’re opening up what was once a dark and narrow hallway by extending the front porch, removing a supporting wall, and adding a new front door to flood the space with natural light. ☀️
