Some before and after of a job completed recently on the new estate in Widdrington.

The customers weren’t exactly given the most spacious of patios, as seems to be the new normal with new builds

Everything they wanted, they got. Kandla grey 900x600 flags with deep grey pavefix. The curve adds a lot more character and sets it off in my opinion. As you can see they’ve now got a good size patio, just in time to enjoy a few drinks in the garden for the summer

They just wanted the garden left as it is as they’re gonna build a summer house/bar at the bottom of the garden, hopefully we get an invite to the opening night 😉

Job completed in Amble last weekend

Customer wanted the garden cleared of all stumps and waste and levelled off to make better use of it since a lot of the garden was on an angle so wasn’t being used, along with 2 new concrete shed bases. We also added a brand new 6ft fence with a gate, courtesy of Scott 'Swin' Swinhoe at S J Fencing. Bit of top soil to level it off ready for some grass seed to go down, makes such a difference and has added so much more space to the garden

The driveway wasn’t up to much either so all of that was dug out, type 1 sub base installed and then 20mm limestone gravel with a charcoal edging to finish it off. Not bad for a couple days graft 😎

This one was completed recently in Amble. Another job on another new build site where the customer is left with a below par garden. The customer gave me free reign of this, trusting in what I could come up with. Not a bad transformation even if I do say so myself 😉 sleepers used to create a raised patio, flags used were kandla grey 900x600 Indian sandstone finished with neutral pavefix.

A job carried out on a property in Widdrington, the customer wanted to utilise as much space as possible for a patio area while also keeping the cost down, so that’s exactly what we did. Extended the existing patio (if you can call it that) that came courtesy of the developer, sleeper edge onto a raised lawn area with an edging for some gravel. Happy with the outcome of this one 😊
