It was supposed to be our two-week break.

Instead, this week has already seen us come to the rescue for two customers.

This evening, the phone rang.

A customer had accidentally drilled through a pipe, and suddenly there was water where there definitely shouldn’t have been.

So we’ve dropped what we were doing, loaded the van and headed straight over.

This is the reality of working in the trades.

Emergencies don’t wait for the right time.
They don’t wait until your holiday is over.
They just happen.

We’re always grateful that people trust us enough to make that call when something goes wrong.

Hopefully, that’s the last emergency of our break… but if it isn’t, we’ll be there.
