No stone left unturned on this one. Finish looks great. All works undertaken by the Seismic team.

External wall insulation and boarding.
Internal plasterboard dot & dab throughout.
Plastering full house walls and ceilings.
10 internal doors and casings.
All new skirting and architrave.
All new window boards.
Bannister and newel posts.
Kitchen install and tiled.
Bathroom cladding and sanitary.
Decoration throughout.
Flooring throughout.
Site Clearence.

Great before and after photos. Really shows what can be done with such a run down property.

Busy at work, quite on socials. Here’s a little update.

Train station holiday home finished, some photos of work in progress including window and reveal restoration, internal double glazing screens, 2no. Internal doors & architrave, skirting, kitchen, wall paneling, hardwood flooring, oak mantle peice and brick slip surround for log burner. Finished photos coming soon.

3 bed full renovation underway, we have done the rip out, completed the internal boarding that consisted of a up lift to the u-values of the property by install latts, PIR insulation and plasterboard to all external walls. Plastering is complete and we begin the 2nd fix, 10no internal doors and casing, skirting, architrave and window boards followed by kitchen install next week. Will update in due course.

Other works we’ve done recently, unfortunately no photos as I’m a nuisance for not taking them!

- Worktop replacements and splash backs.
- 2no. new banisters and newel posts
- Small internal wall, plasterboard with internal door and casing.
