This client has previously had a Samsung air source heat pump installed on the rear of their property. However, due to a planned extension this now required relocating to a more suitable position.

We relocated the outdoor unit, and neatly re-routed all pipework and cabling back to the plant room 🤩

THE ROLE
You will assist with and eventually carry out:
- Electrical installation work
- Air conditioning installations
- Fault finding and testing
- Service and maintenance work
- Supporting installation projects
- EICRs and remedial work

You will work closely with the business owner and play an important role in delivering high-quality work to our customers.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
- Punctual and reliable
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Professional attitude with customers
- ⁠Driving licence

DESIRABLE
- ECS Gold Card
- Own tools
- Own van
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems
- Knowledge of heating systems

During a routine unvented hot water cylinder service/inspection, it was noticed that the tundish had become damaged, and would potentially cause a massive leak during a high pressure/temperature fault situation.

Fortunately this cheap plastic part is a universal fit and readily available, so a replacement could be fitted there and then, leaving the client with no down time to their hot water system.

If you have an unvented hot water cylinder, it is well worth having it serviced on an annual basis to ensure continued safe and efficient operation for peace of mind.😌
