Stripped back to timbers
New cromer vent 3 felt and treated lats
Felt support trays,and fibreglass bonding tray
New Anthracite flat tiles, New anthracite ridges and hips install

Spray foam insulation ripped out

Fibreglass flat roof done by the team last year

Old felt roof was warn out and leaking, stripped back to the joists,
new insulation and 18mm osb boards,
Resin and matting coat left to set, sand down and finished of with a grey top coat

Reroof completed in carnforth,
Front and back with new fascia and gutters and downpipe
Ivy was taken of this building which grew into the roof space,
Stripped off, new treated batons and felt
Sandtoft new rivius tiles used
Dry verge caps and a dry ridge system

Slate reroof we completed in the summer of last year
Old slate stripped off
New cromar vent 3 felt
Treated batons
Finished of with new spanish slate and a dry ridge system.

One of our biggest jobs of the year 2024 we completed
All roof taken of and redone, back down to wall plate height,
Job was full stripped out of the old timbers, badly water and rot damaged.
•lots of structal work
•repointed areas
•new stone lintel openings
•new french oak trusses
•new timber perlins
•multiple skylights added
• all new c24 treated timbers used
All timberwork on left to set ready for the roofers.
Overall really happy with how the project turned out
