We’ve just completed a large drain and camera survey, and we’re now dealing with a broken pipe identified during the inspection.

It’s been a week of intensive hand digging and managing temporary works paperwork on this one. Hopefully, we should have everything wrapped up by the end of next week, ready to move the team onto the next job in Kent.

We’ve just started work on another care home project down in Croydon. Our team is currently carrying out drain repairs and a full camera survey, with the aim of moving things forward so the scaffold can come down soon.

It’s going to be a really nice place once completed. The site is quite tight, so it will definitely be a bit of a challenge, but the team is making good progress already.

We’ll share some photos soon as the work develops.

We’re nearly finished with another office refurbishment — just the flooring left to go, and the unit will be ready for the new tenant next week.

The space has had a full freshen-up, including decoration and a general revamp. It’s a great little unit, ideal for a small business, and it’s in a nice, quiet location just outside Dartford.

It’s also been a pleasure working with a really good landlord on this one.

It’s been a little while — things have been really busy, but I just wanted to share a few quick updates on what we’ve been working on.

We’re now back on the job at Fleet doing 78 bed care home , and things are progressing nicely. As you can see from the photos, the lads are doing a great job down there and the site is really starting to take shape.

Just a quick update on what the lads have been up to down in Maidstone — carrying out a full site drainage survey and jetting as part of the final prep before adoption.

We’ve been working alongside our friends at Aquatech, whose reporting has been incredibly professional and thorough throughout.

All works are being completed in line with specification to allow full handover of the drainage system to Southern Water.

We’re nearly there now — brilliant effort from the team, top job all round.

little Update on what we have been up to
Over the last couple of weeks, our teams have been busy with drain repairs and gully work in Maidstone. We've also been carrying out resurfacing work with our friends at Tom George Surfacing Ltd, who always do a fantastic job—big thanks to the lads for their hard work!
