Last week, our India office marked World Environment Day by bringing employees and their children together for a series of engaging competitions. From inspiring poster designs to creative expressions of environmental stewardship, participants showcased their commitment to building a greener future.

Last year, MMD GPHC were delighted to take part in the Mannin Cancers Support Group Wheelie Good Cause, where we had the opportunity to design our very own motorcycle. With the Isle of Man TT Races being such an iconic part of life on the Isle of Man, it felt only fitting to support a fantastic local charity while celebrating the world's fastest motorcycle road race.

This year, the legendary bikes, each inspired by TT racing legends, went under the hammer, and we're thrilled to share that an incredible £140,000 was raised for Mannin Cancer Support Group. 🎉

A huge congratulations to everyone involved in making this initiative such a success. We're proud to have played a small part in supporting a cause that makes a real difference to our local community. 💙🏍️

A few weeks ago, we were delighted to welcome Pravin Pugalia and Pervez Akhtar from Tata Group to discuss the ongoing success of our installations across their sites.

The visit provided an excellent opportunity for valuable discussions around current projects, operational performance, and future opportunities. We are proud to support Tata’s operations in India and look forward to continuing our strong partnership in the years ahead.

On 21st June, Keith Huddart from MMD Design & Consultancy will be taking on the Longest Day Challenge in aid of Cancer Research UK.

The challenge is simple in theory: ride from Lands End to John O’ Groats within 24 hours. The catch? No motorways, a ferry crossing in the Highlands, and the bike has to cost less than £600. He’ll be attempting it on a 25-year-old Honda bought for £500 with 92,000 miles already on the clock.

The ride is being done in memory of his mother, who passed away from cancer at the age of 50. Around 1,000 miles in a day on an old bike should make for an interesting weekend.

In support of Mental Health Awareness Week, our Isle of Man offices wore green today to show support and raise awareness. At MMD, we recognise the importance of strong workplace relationships, so we took the opportunity to enjoy a beachside BBQ (braai) together and reconnect as a team.
