Apex Solutions (Yorkshire) Ltd are a Yorkshire-based building contractor delivering voids, repairs, refurbishments, structural and cosmetic alterations, maintenance and planned works for local authority, social housing and domestic clients.
Due to secured long-term contracts and continued growth we are recruiting experienced, time served tradesmen and tradeswomen across all disciplines.
Trades required:
- Joiners
- Plumbers
- Plasterers
- Painters & Decorators
- Roofers
- General Builders
- Ground workers
The work:
- Full time, ongoing work — secured long term contracts
- Void property refurbishments, responsive repairs, planned and external works
- Domestic refurbishments and alterations
Sites across Yorkshire, with the majority of work in North and East Yorkshire
- Further sites in and around Leeds and South Yorkshire
- Self-employed basis, paid weekly through the CIS scheme
Essential requirements:
- Time served in your trade with proven, demonstrable experience
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in your trade — or the knowledge and willingness to obtain one
- Full UK driving liscence
- Valid UTR number and CIS registration
- Own tools
- Right to work in the UK
Advantageous (not essential):
- CSCS card
- Asbestos Awareness
- Emergency First Aid at Work
- Manual Handling
- Working at Height / PASMA / IPAF
- Any additional trade-specific tickets

You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a wider team, communicate well with supervisors and other trades on site, and conduct yourself and represent the company professionally at all times.
