Apex Solutions (Yorkshire) Ltd are a Yorkshire-based building contractor delivering voids, repairs, refurbishments, structural and cosmetic alterations, maintenance and planned works for local authority, social housing and domestic clients.

Due to secured long-term contracts and continued growth we are recruiting experienced, time served tradesmen and tradeswomen across all disciplines.

Trades required:
- Joiners
- Plumbers
- Plasterers
- Painters & Decorators
- Roofers
- General Builders
- Ground workers

The work:
- Full time, ongoing work — secured long term contracts
- Void property refurbishments, responsive repairs, planned and external works
- Domestic refurbishments and alterations
Sites across Yorkshire, with the majority of work in North and East Yorkshire
- Further sites in and around Leeds and South Yorkshire
- Self-employed basis, paid weekly through the CIS scheme

Essential requirements:
- Time served in your trade with proven, demonstrable experience
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in your trade — or the knowledge and willingness to obtain one
- Full UK driving liscence
- Valid UTR number and CIS registration
- Own tools
- Right to work in the UK

Advantageous (not essential):
- CSCS card
- Asbestos Awareness
- Emergency First Aid at Work
- Manual Handling
- Working at Height / PASMA / IPAF
- Any additional trade-specific tickets

You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a wider team, communicate well with supervisors and other trades on site, and conduct yourself and represent the company professionally at all times.

Due to our current workload and confirmed contracts, we are able to offer genuine long-term, stable employment for the right candidates.

Partial renovation works are now complete at this property in East Leeds following significant flood damage. Our team carried out a full rewire, full replumb, new flooring installation, a brand‑new kitchen, and comprehensive plastering throughout.
Proud to help bring this home back to life.

Bathroom restoration completed after flood damage, just before Christmas.

We replaced damaged joists, rebuilt new stud work, and installed a brand-new bathroom suite. Finished off with new flooring and tiles for a fresh, clean result.

We are delighted to share the news that Apex Solutions (Yorkshire) LTD have been successful in our procurement bid, and have been awarded the contract for the North Yorkshire Council external repairs and maintenance scheme for the next 2 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years.

This award represents a significant milestone in the continued growth and development of our organisation.

We are proud to be awarded this highly sought-after contract and we look forward to working in partnership with North Yorkshire Council in delivering it to the highest possible standard.

✨ Project Complete – Alwoodley Lane ✨

We’ve recently completed a full renovation on a beautiful property on Alwoodley Lane, and the transformation speaks for itself.

Our team carried out:
✅ Various structural alterations
✅ Installation of 2 brand new bathrooms
✅ Full new central heating system with a 300L hot water tank
✅ Complete rewire throughout
✅ Full plastering to bring every surface back to life
✅ Decorative panelling to walls for a timeless finish
