SLUT DROP was set up with the twin aims of putting on some sick new music and providing a platform to women across all aspects of electronic music. The dust has just about settled after our last party and we couldn’t be more chuffed to have seen so many folk on the dance floor supporting their local DIY scene.

🗣Huge shout out to everyone who played! @.eden .jpg .puddlez - the sets were incredible and the vibes were on point all night 😍😍😍Be sure to keep up to date with ya fave acts by giving them a follow - they could be coming to a line up near you!

🫶Massive thanks to everyone who supported us further and bought some merch at the stall. Whether you bought a hat, a badge or a sticker - it really goes a long way.

🤩Our volunteers, welfare volunteers and pals who got involved along the way - we couldn’t have done it without you! The DIY scene relies on community and you👏are👏it!

And finally to the .leeds staff, sound engineers and venue 💥 What an absolute pleasure it was to get back to it in such a welcoming space that reminded us of our years at CHUNK - it really felt like home.

While it might not be right away, the latest party has lit a fire under our asses to get the ball rolling on another party. And until then, support ya local diy and grassroots venues, collective and scenes.

rounds off the line up for our next party. An absolute don of the Leeds scene and set we’re seriously looking forward to. Ever since Jameela came to our early open decks at .leeds we knew she was one to watch. We gave her her first ever paid gig as part of the line up for one of our legendary CHUNK parties and the rest is history!

Her sets pack a serious punch, are hard to predict, but impossible to mistake. Weighty, dancefloor-focused and full of curveballs that’ll leave the heads woozy from whiplash and scrambling for track IDs. A selector through and through, expect a blend of garage, dubstep, jungle, grime and techno - and a masterclass in seamless, energetic delivery.

Over the years she’s built an incredibly impressive DJ CV for herself, with regular appearances at Sub Dub as a resident and has shared bills with Special Request, Todd Edwards, Chloe Robinson, among other legends. We'd like to think we had something to do with that and couldn’t be more excited to have her back to headline our next party on the 8th May.

We first met not long after we started hosting our free open deck workshops at and we absolutely loved the vibe she brought. It ticked all the Slut Drop boxes and more - experimental? ✅️RNB? ✅️Bass? ✅️ Fun? ✅️✅️✅️

We just had to get her on our show and find out more - check out the show (link in bio). Every set tells a story, so plant yourself on the dancefloor and let take you on a musical journey from sassy pop to heavy girly bass. 🔊

Safe to say, we’re thirsty 🥴 for more and we can’t wait to see what she brings on the 8th May.

Heads up, there'll be no open decks in Feb due to a clash of bookings. If you happen to find yourself at the cardi, they have an interesting event on - check out their page for more.

Huuuge thanks to everyone who can thru for our last open decks of the year . It was great to see so many new and returning faces work their way round the decks. Big shout out to anyone who's been down to spin a tune, meet new people, learn a new skill or just hang out this year.

Join us for the last open decks workshop of the year on Friday 6th Dec. We'll be upstairs from 7.30pm running our free workshop for all abilities. Come thru to meet likeminded people, learn or simply play out your favourite tunes. Bring a usb and a friend along.

No usb? No problem, we've got you covered with loads of familiar tunes to work with.

We've had a blast doing this and would be lovely to see lots of familiar faces to see us out for 2024.

Absolute scenes last Saturday night . Huge thank you to everyone who came down to celebrate our 10th birthday with us. From the beautiful artwork 🎨 by , to friends that helped with the door and setting up the space, we really couldn't have done it without you.
