Two years ago, Smarta Energy launched with a simple goal: to do things differently. Not just helping businesses buy energy, but helping them understand it better, manage it 'Smarta', and make more confident decisions in a market that never stands still.
Since then, weโve grown from our founders into a team of 39+ people, had the opportunity to support businesses across a range of sectors, and built strong partnerships with suppliers including ENGIE, EDF, Valda Energy Limited, Crown Gas & Power, and npower.
The last year especially, has been a huge one for us, not just commercially, but as a team! Over the past six months, weโve raised ยฃ3,707 for Cash for Kids North and West Yorkshire, supported Mission Christmas helping pack gifts for 600+ children, and recently saw our Group MD Kieran Dixon complete a 74km treadmill challenge in support, while also funding the planting of 74 trees!
Thereโs been a lot of hard work behind the scenes to get to this point. Long days, big milestones, challenges, growth, and a team that continues to push the business forward every single day. What makes this milestone special though is the people behind it.
