🚧 We’re Hiring: CCTV Drainage Surveyor 🎥

This isn’t just a camera operator role — you’ll be running and organising the CCTV survey side of the company.

What you’ll do:
✔️ Carry out CCTV drainage surveys (MSCC5 standard) on live construction sites
✔️ Identify & code defects accurately
✔️ Produce clear, professional reports
✔️ Organise survey records across multiple sites
✔️ Track completed, outstanding & remedial works
✔️ Support engineers with reliable info for S104/S38 handovers

What we’re looking for:
🔹 Previous CCTV drainage experience preferred (training is available for the right candidate)
🔹 Organised & IT confident
🔹 Able to manage multiple sites independently
🔹 Professional & reliable
🔹 Full UK driving licence

We're currently progressing through the full civils, remediation, and ground work package at Vivly Living's new development in Shepley, West Yorkshire - a prestigious development for a valued client.

✅️ Stone placed and pile mat area ready for piling contractor.

Our integrated approach to groundworks & civils is key to maintaining momentum on this project, ensuring the overall works programme is compressed to meet the needs of Arncliffe Homes at the South Milford site.
