Re roof completed this week for a customer in carlton✅

-solar panels removed

-old roof stripped and disposed of

-new breathable felt , treated laths and new concrete tiles fitted

-dry ridge system

-new lead-r flashings

-Solar panels added back to roof

Customer left with a leak free roof and value on their property 😁👍

-old slate roof stripped and disposed of

-roof insulated using kingspan and loft area using rockwool

-new breathable felt membrane layed

-new treated laths fitted

-new double roman tiles fitted in the rustic colour

-Dry ridge system fitted to help with ventilation to the roof

-4 new velux windows added

-new twinplas gutter installed

•hip irons installed on all 4 corners to secure hip ridges

•all ridges repointed and rebedded

•chimneys reflaunched and pointed where needed

•guttering added to lower level roof

-new rustic dual tiles fitted to faces

-lead-r used to replace old lead
