Mechanical Engineering:
+ Designing composite materials specifically the chassis and modelling up the system in 3D and provide 2D drawings as well for manufacturing.
+ Once the Chassis is modelled up in 3D there will be a sign of process and then produce all of the detailed 2D Design drawings including any detailed BOM's, GA's and production drawings.
+ Designing the Tooling system needed to produce this chassis so it can be effectively manufactured.
+ We provide a full calculation and stress and strain analysis, to show how it will work and look in real life.

3D Electrical Harness Wiring Design:
+ Systems level schematic layout using AutoCAD Electrical schematic or any other CAD packages as requested.
+ Layout of harness using correct 3D connectors and backshells.
+ Wire splice management to correct for voltage drop.
+ Interference checks.
+ Manufacturing drawing used to create form board.
+ FROM/TO wirelist used for each connector pin during assembly.
+ Accurate weights for each harness assembly.
