NO JOB TOO SMALL 🪏

Some recent small jobs completed around leicestershire!

First job was fitting some new aco channels and changing the driveway level using tarmac to prevent flooding into this couples garage, which has been a problem for the last few years.

Next job was a new reinforced concrete shed base with a slab on edge to make it level and a patio extension, as-well as an electric duct to allow power in the new shed to be!

The third job was a simple fence removal and making the driveway more accessible by installing some new edgings and slab on edge and added type one stone and graded to suit.

The final job was a concrete base outside of a commercial building to create a more accessible area, finished with a brush and harris towel edge.

A recent job completed in Countesthorpe for a family wanting to strip their excess waste from previous work back to a fresh blank canvas to create their dream garden!

- 120 tonne waste removed

- 20 tonne premium top soil levelled and compacted

- a new block wall to retain and extend existing patio

During the process we discovered an 8ft deep well and replaced the old cover with a much strong and safer one! (Don't ask how we found it 😂)

- 10m of aco drainage

This massive transformation involved over 30 tonne of soil being excavated through a small alleyway, even with limited access we can still get you your dream outcome!

A recent job completed in Swadlincote for a couple wanting to maximise the space on their driveway!

We encounted a few unexpected surprises along the way, including the gas feed to the house, meaning we had to change our original design for the steps to gain enough coverage to ensure the pipe wasnt damaged. As well as finding the main sewer pipe, which we had to redivert to ensure we could still maximise the space availiable.

- 25 metres squared of brindle block paving.

- 14 metres of slab on edge retaining wall with 5 cube of concrete to ensure stability.

- New edgings and aco drain.

- Black ice decorative stone on one side and a flower bed on the other.

Initially, the space consisted of uneven lawn bordered by timber fencing and brick walls so we installed beautiful kandla grey porcelain tiles with black ice decorative stone with a concrete edging to retain the existing turf.

The completed patio provides a level, durable outdoor seating area, making efficient use of the available space while complementing the surrounding brickwork and fencing.
