EICR completed and customer made aware of all issues found. Lots of remedial works, some that needed doing, other bits just for peace of mind and improvement completed over a couple of days 👌

Another EICR completed, consumer unit replaced with SPD and full RCBO’s to make the property safe for the customer. Garage lighting upgraded to leds with external lighting on fob switches.
Unfortunately the whole property has green goo everywhere and will need rewiring in the very near future due to the cable deteriorating over the years.
