Repurposing beautiful, functional spaces ✨

Our latest project for Thorpe Estate and Silver Tree Bakery opened its doors on Friday to incredible reception. What a gorgeous space!

Once an active farming workshop, redeveloping this key heritage asset on the beautiful 3000-acre farming estate has been a pleasure for the whole team to be part of, and we could not be more proud of the outcome.

Set in the stunning British countryside, be sure to visit to experience the surroundings and some of the finest freshly baked goods there is!

A week to go until our latest project for Silver Tree Bakery at Thorpe Estate opens its doors, and what a stunning space! 😍🥐

We’ve been involved since day one, getting services in (and out) of the building, right through to the counter build, lighting, decoration and handover! It’s always an amazing journey revitalising historic properties such as this, and even moreso when it’s in such stunning surroundings with a team who really want to bring the place to life.

We're delighted to share the exciting news that is set to open at the beautiful Thorpe Estate in Tamworth, this spring!

As principal contractor, we are delivering the conversion of this former agricultural building into a vibrant new destination, carefully respecting and preserving the heritage of the wider estate while ensuring it's fit for purpose for this exciting new chapter.

A rural business is developing a new bakery thanks to a £50,000 funding boost.

A busy and productive period for the team at Pearson Ball Ltd as we continue to deliver responsive facilities management solutions. 📈

⚡ Our mechanical and electrical engineers have attended emergency call outs for faulty electrical circuits and heating systems, as well as dealing with a leak into a hotel dining area, fitted out new office spaces with future-ready infrastructure, installed dedicated power supplies for critical data systems, and safely isolated various services to buildings in preparation for their fit-out in the coming months.

🏛️ Our building fabric team have also carried out an extensive survey of urgent repairs to a 17th Century roof, accompanied by some farm friends, preventing water ingress and ensuring the continued comfort of the buildings users for generations to come.
