Here is the latest job all finished up for a returning customer.
This huge summer house and shed was in a bad way with all the roof caving in on itself, leaking and the old shiplap cladding all twisted and rotten on the front.
Customer decided they would like to link the two buildings together and also change the door and window layout as well as a nice new UPVC door on the shed as well to match.
Lovely new EPDM rubber roof to.
Just need some rain to test it now.

Been a few weeks since my last post as I had a well deserved holiday then straight back to it.

Not going to lie I had really been looking forward to this job as it’s just the pleasure of working with old reclaim Norfolk red and the small amount of flint work but most of all this stunning oak frame from start to finish.

Just a few more finishing touches and then that will be another one all wrapped up and another very happy customer.

Well thats the Dereham job near enough complete for myself.
The floor screed is all pumped in and sanded, first fix of all the electrics, carpentry work completed and plaster boarding going up well.
Final updates to come in the next few weeks.

Plenty of progress made at the Dereham job with all the roof completed with solar panels installed and scaffolding down.
As well as phase 1 of all the new windows and doors installed, first fix of all the electrics and all the extension insulated ready for the liquid floor screed getting pumped in next week. 💪🏼💪🏼

All coming together nicely at the Dereham job.
Gables built, soffit, fascia and guttering all on as well as the roof all felted, battened and marked out ready for the solar panel trays to go on next week.
Also the internal block wall and brick pillars have been built.

Boom and just like that the roof is on.
4 Days and a few hours this morning and the roof is all ready to get the gables blocked up and then felt and battered in and soffit and fascia on.
Big thanks to SMP Kitchens and Joinery for helping with the roof and Big thanks to A&B Timber Engineering Ltd for sorting the trusses out. Measured up to delivered in just over a week. 💪🏼💪🏼
