This is the sort of upgrade people don’t realise makes such a difference until it’s done.

This house in Walton was nice already, it just needed the entrance finishing off properly.

New porch, new fascia, soffits and gutters, and spotlights fitted into the roofline and the porch.

Looks good in the day, but even better at night.

You’d be surprised how many houses around here look like this and people don’t see the problem.

From the ground it just looked a bit tired, but the problem is once these start going water can get behind the boards and that’s when the bigger jobs start.

We replaced the fascia, soffits and gutters so it’s all sorted now.

Worth keeping an eye on yours, especially with the weather we get in Liverpool lately 🌧️

If this was yours, would you just change the porch and windows, or would you add the canopy as well?

We’ve recently done this one in Lee Park/Belle Vale.

The porch and windows needed doing anyway but the canopy finishes it off nicely and keeps the worst of the weather off the front, especially with the amount of rain we’ve had lately.

Most old conservatories don’t add value to a house. They take it away. Buyers see them as cold, noisy and a room that never gets used.

This one in Liverpool was exactly that. We stripped it back, built insulated walls, fitted a Tapco tiled roof and finished it properly. Now it feels like part of the home. Warm, bright and a space the family can actually enjoy every day.

Stood in your conservatory this week and felt like you were in a greenhouse?

This one had a polycarbonate roof that made the space too hot in summer, freezing in winter, and pretty much unusable all year round.

We stripped it back and rebuilt it properly:

• New timber roof structure
• Fully insulated and plastered ceiling
• Spotlights added
• Finished with terracotta Tapco tiles that completely lifted the look

Now it feels like a proper room. Quiet, bright, comfortable and finally a space you’d actually want to spend time in.

Sick of your conservatory being freezing in winter and roasting in summer?

This conservatory was barely used because it was too cold in winter and way too hot when the sun came out. The sound of raindrops made it feel like a tin can and it never felt like a true part of the home.

We removed the old roof and replaced it with beautiful terracotta Tapco tiles, plastered the ceiling, and installed modern spotlights to completely transform the space. Now it is quiet, bright, and comfortable no matter the season, a real extension of your home.
