REPAIR: Orangery roof leaking due to poorly formed parapet capping. Existing coping stones removed, cavity closers installed and new grp roof installed.

REPAIR: Remedial works in a Victorian building operating as a children’s nursery. Whilst the works were straight forward, the logistics of working in a live nursery were challenging. Existing collapsing ceiling removed, split joists replaced, additional hangers installed, fully insulated, plated and plastered.
