At Manor Farm, our new 2MW solar installation needed to connect seamlessly to an existing 1MW site. The problem? A canal sat between them.

Our solution: specialist directional drilling beneath the canal — a precise, non-disruptive technique that kept both sites connected and the project on track. ✅

🏗️ Deva, Aberystwyth — Our Latest Live Project.

We’re proud to be working on the major refurbishment of this stunning Grade II listed building on the Aberystwyth seafront — transforming it into 21 luxury apartments for Morgans Holdings.

This marks our third project together, and as always, we’re bringing the same commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and care for heritage buildings that our clients trust us for.

Significant structural work is already underway, including the careful removal of a large rear wall and major structural reinforcement — all carried out with full respect for this historic building’s character.
