Skirting board, window board and architrave fitted 👌🏻

Bedroom in Lossie
Removed old boards and polystyrene insulation
Build a stud wall, insulated with 100mm Sisalwool insulation. Sooooo much better to use than PIR board!
Adjusted the wide of wardrobe opening
Over boarded the ceiling
Boarded the insulated walls
Skimmed the whole room

Will be back in about a week for some finishing touches

Big job in Garmouth completed last week.
2 large rooms - Bedroom and Living room

Removed the old plasterboard
Insulated with 80mm PIR board in order to make use of the existing timber frame
Plasterboard and skim 👍🏻

Also found a bit of water coming in on the gable so had to climb up on the roof and fix the joints in some of the skews!

Todays graft with SF Plastering

A hall, stair, landing with an interestingly shaped ceiling, completed last month

Removed the badly cracked and loose-in-places ceiling
Insulated with Sisalwool natural fibre insulation
Boarded the ceiling
Skimmed the lot 👍🏻

Photos don't do it justice how high that ceiling is off the steps 🤣 that was a bitch of a job. Looks grand now it's painted though!

This was a big ole job!

Removed the carpet which I thought was going to be easy but turned out to be the worst part of the whole job 🤣

Lifted the old floorboards

Fit 100mm Sisalwool insulation

Laid new floorboards 👍🏻
