Helluva day today getting the base coat finished on this render job!

Was starting to think god didn't want this done with the amount of rain we've had over the last few weeks!

Will return once it's cured to finish it off with the silicon top coat 👌🏻

Saturday shift with SF Plastering to get this one finished this morning 💪🏻

Removed unwanted and badly damaged cornice
Stud wall built and Sisalwool 100mm natural fibre insulation fit
Plasterboard and skim 👌🏻

Also counter-battened, boarded and skimmed the ceiling as it was pretty badly cracked from previous water damage

A dining room completed last Friday

A bedroom, hallway and a living room with a beast of a feature wall. Left the protection for the customers so they can paint without worry of covering the stones and pointing. Have requested that they send me some photos once its all complete 😁

Ready for the kitchen fitters 👍🏻

I actually removed all that greasy mingin old plasterboard and the undercoat plaster on the external wall which was badly blown, as well as the wooden window reveals and replaced the whole lot with FireLine plasterboard, same as I put on the ceiling... but I forgot to take a single progress photo 😂

Filled the sparkies chases and fixed a blown corner round the back door

aaaaaand skim! ✅

Social media has well and truly taken a back seat the last month or so 😂

Here's a job from the start of June.

Mantlepiece removed, all walls skimmed. Bosh 👍🏻
