Individual builder required to join an existing small team on a subcontractor basis, working on an ongoing domestic extension / alterations project.

Location: Knutsford.

Required to be an experienced and very reliable individual who is an all-round builder, as the work will not be a single specific trade. Joinery work not required, but work will involve (where individual is capable); bricklaying, wall knock-throughs, steelwork installation, small excavators, plaster-boarding, plastering and similar.

Work is to an occupied home so the individual to be aware of the client being present and familiar with working in that environment.

Own transport required and ideally own hand tools. CIS/UTR required for payments at agreed intervals.
A building/construction company is not required, but an individual builder.

Duration initially a few weeks but could extend longer.

A small piece of work undertaken to the front elevation of this home in Lymm, to modernise its appearance.

Removal of the old stone cladding to beneath the bedroom window and replacement with K-rend render. (Before & after images).
