Highbury Road is taking shape.

A new subterranean level. A reconfigured internal layout. Integrated extensions designed to feel considered rather than added. This is a residential project in London where the complexity is as much in the construction methodology as it is in the design, and where commercial precision has to match architectural ambition at every stage.

Magnitude is appointed as Quantity Surveyors, working alongside Harper Latter Architects who led the design through RIBA Stages 0-4, and Studio80|six who are delivering Stages 5-6 on site.
