Gymini wanted to improve security for its staff and members. As part of a revamp we fitted 2 door entry systems, one for the main entrance and another for the new training area.

Both of the door access systems have battery back up, anti tamper, emergency break glass to make the system as safe as possible.

The keypads are configurable to hold hundreds of different codes as required and also come with wireless key fobs that can be configured for both doors, this allows them to issue each personal trainer with a personal key fob.

For the main entrance we specified a HikVision IP video intercom which has all the required features. The doorbell outside the main entrance has a connection to the entry keypad, this allows it to operate the door release from the touch screen monitor and even remotely via the Hik Connect mobile app.

The touchscreen monitor is mounted on the wall in the reception area so it’s easy for staff to let people in and stay secure. Although the system can work over WiFi we fitted it as a wired system using a POE switch that physically connects to the internet router to make the connection more reliable.

Here at Smart Future Systems we also install and commission Induction Loop Systems for the Hard of Hearing. They can range from Room perimeter loops, Portable loops and desk counter loops.
We can supply and commission them all.

Induction loops can be used in a variety of settings, such as public buildings, transportation, and places of worship, to improve accessibility for people with hearing impairments.
