📌 What is a DPS?
A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is an open procurement system that allows new suppliers to join throughout its lifetime, provided they meet the required standards and qualifications.

For installers, this means there are often multiple opportunities to gain access to funding streams and contracts without waiting years for a framework to reopen.

📌 What is a Framework?
A Framework Agreement is typically a closed list of approved suppliers selected through a competitive tender process.
Once established, new suppliers generally cannot join until the framework expires and is retendered.
